What affects a commercial cleanout estimate?

Volume, weight, item type, labor, disassembly, stairs or elevators, carrying distance, vehicle access, timing, and disposal requirements can all affect planning.

Can you work around business hours?

Share the property’s allowed work window and occupied hours. Availability for a specific window must be confirmed for the address.

What should be separated before removal?

Keep confidential records, employee property, leased equipment, landlord fixtures, electronics, batteries, lamps, liquids, chemicals, and unknown materials out of the ordinary removal pile.

Do you remove construction debris?

Approved nonhazardous tenant-improvement and renovation debris can be reviewed. Suspected asbestos, chemicals, fuels, liquids, and unidentified material are outside ordinary scope.

Is donation guaranteed?

No. Reuse or recycling depends on item condition, facility acceptance, and current options. Do not treat it as guaranteed.

How do I start?

Email the property type, city, photos, item list, access details, material flags, and timing. Phone service is coming soon.

Clear the space without guessing at the scope.

Share the property type, items, access route, timing, and any materials that may need separate handling. The team can use those details to plan the next conversation.
